Overview
Begin in Tangier with a ferry or flight arrival. If your arrival time allows, explore the medina and Kasbah before continuing to Chefchaouen for your first night. Continue to Fes via Volubilis and Meknes, then cross the Middle Atlas and Ziz Valley to Erg Chebbi for a desert camp stay. Travel through Todra Gorge and the Dades Valley, visit Ait Ben Haddou and cross the High Atlas to Marrakech. The journey includes 7 nights: Chefchaouen 1, Fes 2, Merzouga camp 1, Dades 1 and Marrakech 2. An early arrival in Tangier is needed to keep the first day comfortable; a late arrival requires an adjusted itinerary.

Day-by-day Itinerary
Your private driver welcomes you at Tangier airport or the ferry port. If your arrival time allows, take a short visit through Tangier’s medina and Kasbah before leaving for Chefchaouen. Settle into your riad and enjoy a first walk through the blue lanes. An early arrival is recommended; late flights or ferry delays may require an adjusted first day.
Enjoy a morning walk in Chefchaouen before leaving the Rif Mountains. Visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis with a local guide, then stop in Meknes to discover its imperial heritage. Continue to Fes and settle into your riad.
Explore Fes with a licensed local guide. Walk through the medina’s winding lanes, see traditional artisan workshops and the tanneries from a viewing terrace, and discover historic madrasas and lively squares. Visit the Royal Palace gates and the Mellah before returning to your riad. Sightseeing is adapted to opening times and your interests.
Leave Fes early and cross the Middle Atlas, with breaks near Ifrane and the cedar forest when conditions allow. Continue through Midelt and the Ziz Valley to Merzouga. Enjoy a camel ride among the Erg Chebbi dunes, or arrange a 4×4 transfer to camp. Settle into your tent and enjoy dinner beneath the desert sky.
Wake early for sunrise over the dunes if you wish. After breakfast, leave the Sahara and travel toward Tinghir. Walk through Todra Gorge and enjoy views of its tall rock walls before continuing to the Dades Valley for dinner and an overnight stay.
Travel through the Valley of Roses and the Skoura area toward Ouarzazate. Continue to Ait Ben Haddou and explore the lanes of its historic earthen ksar. Cross the High Atlas via Tizi n’Tichka, with scenic breaks, and arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon or evening.
Discover Marrakech with a licensed local guide, from the Koutoubia gardens and historic medina to the souks and Jemaa el-Fna square. Visits to palaces, gardens or other monuments are arranged according to your interests, opening times and confirmed package. Enjoy free time afterward to relax or explore further.
Enjoy breakfast and any free time available before your private airport transfer. Marrakech departure is recommended for this compact itinerary. A Casablanca departure can be arranged with additional driving time and a suitable flight schedule.
