For dietary, accessibility or health-related requests, share only what is relevant to the trip. Do not send full card details or unnecessary identity documents through an enquiry form.
If you provide information about companions, ensure they know why it is being shared and that you are authorized to provide it. Parents or guardians may provide children’s details needed for family travel. Our enquiry service is intended for adults.
3. Why we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and support your trip, communicate changes, administer bookings and handle complaints. Records may also be needed for accounting, legal obligations and disputes.
If we send marketing, you can ask us to stop by replying or contacting us. Necessary booking and service messages may continue for a trip you have arranged.
